I have been fascinated by real estate since childhood. I grew up in a place and time that saw constant building, which mostly went on to serve the housing and lifestyle needs of “The Greatest Generation”. It was always fun to watch the process start with an empty lot, and then move through all of the steps that are necessary to create a finished house. Then, the house would fill with a family and turn into a home, for our new neighbors. My interest in real estate grew so strong that it is no surprise my first serious job out of school was as a Real Estate agent, working in the same areas I has watched being built years earlier. After several years, some great advice from a Real Estate colleague pushed me to go to college. I started in Banking after college, focused on real estate finance on the commercial side, and eventually moved on to residential mortgage work. Life has a funny way of lifting us to different destinations, and life brought me to Employee Benefits and Financial Advisor work as well. Through all of this time we owned and upgraded several houses, always enjoying the challenges, rewards, and fun that come with homeownership. In the meantime, my wife Pat and I discovered, and then fell in love with Maine. We made plans, worked hard and found a house in a great location that needed a big “fix” to make it right for us. It took a year and lots of effort, but the house is finished and every day we are thankful to be in Maine. Through that process, I decided to return to the work of directly helping others enjoy the benefits of Real Estate. I spoke to a good friend and top agent at Keller Williams Realty, and did some research on the agency. It was obvious that Keller Williams Realty was the best agency for me to be able to provide top service to my clients. My professional background, partnered with the vast resources of Keller Williams Realty, puts our clients at a great advantage in reaching their Real Estate goals.
